南加州房市近况
最近查了下南加州几个城市一月份房市情况，作个小结。
A市为高价位房市，去年中位房价154万，一月份成交平均价是115万，成交价比去年下降了30%，每平方呎的均价是$576，比去年下降了3%，房子在市场时间为63天。
L市为中价位房市，去年中位房价93万，一月份成交平均价是78万，成交价比去年下降了5%多，每平方呎的均价是$453，比去年下降了5%，房子在市场时间为55天。
R市为低价位房市，去年中位房价52万，一月份成交平均价近54万，成交价比去年上升了3%，平方呎的均价是$344，比去年上升了近2%，房子在市场时间为47天。
另外，房屋库存(个)情况如下:

从上可知，高，中价位房市仍继续下跌趋势，高价位房价下跌更明显，而低价房市房价在缓慢上升。这与2009年的房市暴跌相反，那时的暴跌是从低价房市开始的。
三市房屋库存在2月初明显低于去年12 月初，库存平均减少了11%。按以往的惯例，一，二月份上市的房子开始增加，库存应该增多才对。库存的减少有利于稳定房价或有利于房价的回升。

I'm a truck driver climbing up and down and inside trailers shoes perform well no falling apart yet so I'd buy them again

Always a favorite work shoe. Excellent arch support. Could have gone a half size larger from what the foot size gadget at the shoe store read.

I have a wide foot and they fit well. I use it for working out, yard work and errands. I would not run in this shoe but on a stair master or bike no problem.

Been wearing for 3 weeks and I am very happy with them.Have been wearing $130 shoes up to this to get good Arch support but these give almost as good at less than half the price, would buy again.

One thing about Nike is their sizes are always really close. Very comfortable shoes. Bought a cheapy pair of shoes in between last Nikes and latest Nikes and it is true that you get what you pay for at least when dealing with Nike.

REAL REVIEW, SAVE YOUR $$!!- Do not waste your money on this bag. The bag is made of very poor quality, ESPECIALLY the chain, it is a disaster. The shape of the bag looks off its too boxy, so does the shape of the horseshoe in the front look wrong. The sides of the bag also don’t look like the real one, they go up straight. Overall if you were to wear it somewhere ratchet then you could fool people into thinking its real but def not something you should carry around people who are familiar with designer brands. You basically get what you pay for, so sad I wasted my money. the only good thing would be shipping, it came in like 10 days to Canada
